Casa Pocket SMS terms and privacy

Operational reminders through Pixel Dispatch
Casa Pocket offers an optional daily reminder pilot through Pixel Dispatch, its messaging platform. These platform-created messages help property managers and vendors check the app for work and updates. They do not contain marketing, property access codes or guest details.
I agree to receive automated Casa Pocket daily work reminders at my verified phone number, delivered through Pixel Dispatch. Up to one daily reminder, plus phone verification messages when requested. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, accepting work or using Casa Pocket. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. I can also withdraw consent in Account > Alerts.
Verification codes identify Pixel Dispatch. Entering the correct code verifies your saved number. Requesting a code does not enroll you in daily reminders. Enrollment requires your separate choice after verification. Scheduled pilot reminders are intended for around 9 AM in the configured local timezone. The original manual reminder test uses the daily allowance and can defer the next morning’s reminder. Selected development testers may separately request one additional updated-brief test per day using its own unchecked request control. This extra test does not enable automatic reminders. Briefs may include the service property’s street label, job type, and due time. They describe work when prepared; availability and times can change, so confirm details in the app.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to the sending number to stop messages, or withdraw daily text consent in Account → Alerts. Pixel Dispatch uses a shared sending number; a STOP reply can also stop other messages from that number. START alone does not restore Casa Pocket daily reminders. For assistance, reply HELP or use Casa Pocket’s in-app Help to contact the organization that invited you.
SMS privacy
Casa Pocket shares your number, verification and consent status, reminder content and delivery identifiers with Pixel Dispatch and Twilio as needed to verify your number, deliver requested messages, honor opt-outs and investigate delivery problems. We retain consent, suppression and delivery records for those operational and compliance purposes. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
This supplement describes the available SMS pilot and updates earlier policy statements describing SMS as inactive. Existing platform terms, historical publications and recorded acceptances remain available. SMS enrollment is separate from acceptance of platform terms.
